​How Do I Place An Order

 

You can purchase an item by contacting me. I will save it for you, in my online            shop. And will help you through the process.

If you would like a customized item, a different color, or for example a heart instead of a star, a special fabric, etc. I can make it for you. I will post it online it and save it for you in one of the sites mentioned above.

Payment and Shipping

The sites mentioned above, offer you the possibility to purchase goods in a secure way.

 

Goods will be shipped within 3 opening days of the purchase. 5 for a special order.

Usually shippings are made through normal mail. If postal mail officers are not on strike, or if any natural disaster occurred, shippings arrive after a week. If you have a preference for a special company you are used too, or any other way, please advise me. I'll do my best to meet your expectations.

Returns & Refunds

If there is a problem with one of the items you purchased, you can return it within the first 30 days from the day the item was dispatched. When you return the item, specify the reason why you are returning it, for example if there is a problem with the size, if there is a defect, if there is a problem with the material, etc… it will be refunded to you.
